Arts program “To be a Vietnamese people” attracts 30 Vietnamese top singers

(Cinet)- According to the Vietnam Musicians Association, a large-scale music festival focusing on seas and islands “La Nguoi Con Dat Viet” (To be a Vietnamese people) will be organized on June 15 at Hanoi Friendship Cultural Palace.

The program consists of three parts, namely National Melody, Oh, Vietnamese Seas and The Nation Calls Its Name. The program gathers the country’s leading musicians, singers and bands who will present songs on their motherlands seas and islands. Seas and islands have long been a great source of inspiration for generations of musicians, contributing to arouse patriotism and national pride among social strata.

The event will enable the audience to enjoy a series of compositions by noted musicians such as Do Nhuan, Tran Tien, Hoang Van, Trinh Cong Son, and young Le Minh Son, Ta Quang Thang among many others.

At the press seminar, an artist Do Hong Quan, a chairman of the Vietnam Musicians Association affirmed that the program was a musical event with a target of arts to appeal for some Vietnamese musicians and singers.
