Located less than five kilometers from downtown Hue, the Tu Hieu Pagoda sits amid a hilly forest in Duong Xuan Village, Thuy Xuan Commune and is most famous for a graveyard dedicated to the remains of the Nguyen Dynasty’s castrated royal servants.
