Nhan Dan Online – The Government has issued a decision to establish a National Organising Board for Major Holidays in 2014 and 2015 headed by Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam.
Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Hoang Tuan Anh is to be the permanent Deputy Head and Bui The Duc, the Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Communication and Education takes up Deputy Head.
In addition, the organising board includes 15 other members who are authorities from State agencies and localities across the country.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism is assigned to be the standing agency of the National Organising Board.
The board is responsible for assisting the Politburo and the Party Central Committee Secretariat in organising and celebrating major national holidays in 2014 and 2015 and it will dissolve after fulfilling its tasks.
