Today, Vietnam is still searching under its plan, with four planes and eight ships operating in Vung Tau, Can Tho, Ca Mau and Nam Can.

Earlier, at the press conference on March 12, Chief of General Staff Do Ba Ty said Malaysia had not informed the conclusion about the missing plane so the search would continue. However, Vietnam would reduce the frequency of the search at area to strengthen the search on land.
