Seafood trade fair opens in Phu Yen

Nhan Dan Online – The 2014 South Central Coast Seafood Industry Trade Fair opened in Tuy Hoa city, Phu Yen Province on March 28.

The fair, one of the major activities of the 2014 Vietnam Seafood Festival, has attracted 203 enterprises from 37 cities and provinces across the country.

Products, services and technologies for aquaculture and fisheries are on display in the more than 500 booths that comprise the fair, as are as well as agricultural and mechanical products and handicrafts.

During the event, Vietnamese enterprises and their partners are expected to sign trade and investment contracts.

The event is held jointly by the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the National Centre for Agriculture under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and the Phu Yen Provincial Department of Industry and Trade.
