Mr. Le Thanh Van, Standing Member of the National Assembly’s Finance and Budget Committee, was appointed to the position for the 2010-2015 tenure.

The Hai Duong provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board on the morning of March 17 held a conference to announce the decision of the Central Party Committee’s Secretariat on the rotation and appointment of Mr. Le Thanh Van, Standing Member of the National Assembly’s Finance and Budget Committee, to the provincial Party Committee’s Executive and Standing Boards as Vice Secretary of the provincial Party Committee for the 2010-2015 tenure.
Addressing the conference, Mr. Tran Luu Hai, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Commission’s Standing Board, and Mr. Bui Thanh Quyen, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, desired Mr. Le Thanh Van to further maintain moral qualities, overcome difficulties, uphold responsibility, and continue to outstandingly complete tasks.
Mr. Quyen required the Executive Boards of the provincial and local Party organizations to create favorable conditions for Mr. Van to quickly grasp and integrate into the new working environment and all the best conditions for him to work, dedicate, and well accomplish assigned responsibilities and tasks.
Mr. Le Thanh Van, whose native land is Van Loc commune, Hau Loc district, Thanh Hoa, was born on December 23, 1964 and is a Doctor of Laws. Before the appointment, Mr. Van was a standing member of the National Assembly’s Finance and Budget Committee and a member of the Editorial Board for the Amendment to the 1992 Constitution. Mr. Van is a 13th National Assembly’s delegate running for the position in Hai Phong city.
