The HQ-183 HCM City submarine, the second of six Kilo-class submarines Viet Nam has contracted to buy from Russia, has entered Cam Ranh Bay in the central province of Khanh Hoa. It was carried to the bay by a Dutch freighter called Rolldock Star on Wednesday evening. — VNA Tien Minh
