The Department of Education and Training has inspected and required establishments to abide by regulations on organizing overseas study counseling activities.
Over the past time, the Department of Education and Training (DET) has inspected and required establishments to abide by regulations on organizing overseas study counseling activities pursuant to the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 05/QD-TTg.
However, until early March 2014, only five establishments in the province were qualified to be granted an operation license by the DET, namely Kiyokawa Company (131 Thanh Nien street, Hai Duong city), Sao Do Counseling and Training Co., Ltd. (195 Nguyen Trai street, Chi Linh provincial town), Thai Duong Education and Training JSC. (4 Bui Thi Xuan street, Hai Duong city), NewJapan One Member Co., Ltd. (215 Thai Hoc street, Chi Linh provincial town), and VTC1 Overseas Study and Translation JSC. (Hai Duong Support Center for Young People and Laborers, 342 Nguyen Luong Bang street, Hai Duong city).
The DET has recommended youngsters and students with the demand for self-supporting overseas study to go to the licensed establishments to avoid risks.
