Donating objects for exhibit at the Vietnamese heroic mother museum

A delegation from the southern province of Dong Thap has presented objects to the central Quang Nam provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to be exhibited at the Vietnamese heroic mother museum, built in Tam Ky city, Quang Nam province.

The objects included 23 photos about outstanding Vietnamese heroic mothers in Dong Thap province; five objects related to activities of Vietnamese heroic mothers in the province; data about lists of Vietnamese heroic mothers in the province, and many others.

According to Tran Thang Vinh, director of Dong Thap provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the donation for exhibition contributes to educating young people about national traditions, including the great contribution made by Vietnamese heroic mothers.

The Vietnamese heroic mother museum is situated in the complex of the Vietnamese heroic mother statue. The construction started in 2007 with an investment of over VND400 billion. It is expected to be completed on the occasion of the 40^th anniversary of Quang Nam provincial liberation in March 2015./.
