Promoting food security during spring festivals in Ha Long City

Food security promoted in Ha Long city

To ensure food security and hygiene in the 2014 spring festival, on February 12^th, Ha Long City Health Centre established a delegation to supervise food security in food shops in Dai Yen precinct in the city.

The delegation actively supervises food shops, especially street foods; and provides information about food security to food producers and visitors.

The delegation also asked festival organizing boards to keep a close watch on shops providing food to visitors and deal strictly with households that broke the laws on food security and hygiene./.
