Office of National Target Program to Respond to Climate Change said currently 61/63 provinces and cities have granted the action plan to respond to climate change; identified specific tasks, projects for the period leading to 2015 and the next 5 years, from 2016 to 2020.
This Action Plan is to assess the extent of the impact of climate change on every field, branch and locality in each stage. The plan is to build a specific and feasible plan of action to effectively respond to climate change in the short as well as long term, to ensure the sustainable development of the province, to take advantage of opportunities to for economic development towards low-carbon and join other nations in efforts to mitigate climate change.
The solutions proposed includes works solutions, scientific and technological activities, institutional development policies, community awareness raising, strengthening of international cooperation in order to take advantage of international assistance and support in a response to climate change and integrate climate change issues into the socio-economic programs and plans of each branch and locality.
