The 6th Fujairah International Monodrama Festival, themed “Pearl of the East” and organized by the Fujairah Culture and Media Authority, will be held from January 20-28 in the United Arab Emirates.

The 6th Fujairah International Monodrama Festival, themed “Pearl of the East” and organized by the Fujairah Culture and Media Authority, will be held from January 20-28 in the United Arab Emirates.
Vietnamese director Le Quy Duong will be the only representative from Vietnam attending the Fujairah International Monodrama Festival this year.
The biennial festival, which debuted in Fujairah in 2003, will gather more than 30 celebrities from 43 countries all over the world this year.
During the festival, participants will engage in round-table discussions on different topics on theatre, such as the discussion “What’s Left of Theatre: New Realities, New Trends”.
Young international talents will also enjoy a seminar to be held by Polish artist Jolanta Juszkiewicz on “Poor Theatre Method”./.
