The ancient town of Hoi An had a bustling atmosphere over the weekend as tourists spent their holiday in the town with many coming to attend the International Food Festival. Most foreign visitors in the town come from other Asian nations such as the Republic of Korea, China, and Thailand. The streets of Tran Phu, Bach Dang, Nguyen Thai Hoc, and around Chua Cau pagoda are packed with people Chua Cau pagoda, also known as Bridge pagoda, in particular proved popular with visitors and was flooded with crowds A variety of tourism services such as boat rowing on the river and souvenir stands were operating at full capacity in order to serve visitors Bay Mau coconut forest is a popular tourist attraction as people could escape the summer heat there.
