Scene of the training class
The Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Company Limited in collaboration with the Petrovietnam Manpower Training College opened the training program on human resources for Nghi Son Oil Refinery.
Accordingly, within 03 months, at Dung Quat Oil Refinery, 176 trainees will be trained and accustomed with the operation at the Dung Quat oil refinery as well as the central control room.
These trainees have been trained on the basic theory at the Petrovietnam Manpower Training College.
All trainees are required to learn and work a shift of 12 hours per day as employees of the Dung Quat oil refinery.
Earlier, the Dung Quat oil refinery also trained (phase 1) 140 workers and engineers for the Nghi Son Oil Refinery.
Under the signed agreement, the Dung Quat oil refinery will provide training courses for 600 workers and engineers that serve the operation of the Nghi Son oil refinery.
