Motorcylists set to rev their engines in Da Nang race

DA NANG (VNS) — Top motorbike drivers will race in the seventh round of the National Motorbike Race for 125-150cc engines at the central city’s Military Zone 5 Stadium this weekend.

The Viet Nam Cycling Federation said yesterday that participant bikers will compete in two events on Saturday starting at 2pm – Suzuki Sport 125cc for young racers, and Suzuki Raider 150cc for professional racers.

Professional racers will also compete in the Honda Wave, Blade 110cc and MSX 125cc events on Sunday.

Leading up to the weekend, competitors will be testing the track to prep for the tough race this weekend. The qualifier will be an eight lap race. — VNS
