Diverse activities in Hanoi to celebrate National Indepdence Day Related image(s)

(Source: CPV) Many cultural and art activities will take place in Hanoi to mark the 70th anniversary of August Revolution (August 30th) and National Indepdence Day (September 2nd). There will be art performances at the square of Hanoi Opera House, Ly Thai To statue, My Dinh National Stadium, bicycle racing around Hoan Kiem Lake, exhibition on socio-economics and firework displays from five locations. Of particular interest will be the music festival entitled “Hanoi autumn 2015″ at 50 places around the city. Leaders of Hanoi city also aksed people of all walks, agencies and organizations in the city to save electricity for decorating lights and green tree gardens. Hanoi City Department of Construction will coordinate with Hanoi city Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to make plans for decoration and using LED lamps to save power./. |
