(Cinet)- Decision No.2427/QĐ-BVHTTDL on July 21, 2015 of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism about strengthening the Edition Board and the Draft Board to build Joint-Circular to regulate code and standard of profession for some cadres at basic cultural agency.
The Draft Board comprises Le Khanh Hai, Deputy Minister as head of the Board, Nguyen Van Tan, head of Cadre Organization Board as vice-head and 04 members.
The Edition Board is led by Tran Thi Phuong Thao, vice-head of the Cadre Organization Department as head of the Board; Tran Minh Thanh, vice-head of Policy, the Cadre Organization Department as vice-head and 06 members.
The Draft Board is responsible for approving for outline of the Draft about Joint-Circular; discussing about some contents of the Draft; discussing about some necessary contents to adjust some opinions from functional agencies and taking some opinions from the organization and individual; ensuring some regulations of the Draft according to policy and approach of the Party; directing the Edition Board to implement some tasks in a progress of building Draft of the Joint-Circular to ensure quality, progress, procedure and schedule.
The Edition Board is responsible for implementing some works to build Draft according to direction from the Draft Board and making a report to head of the Draft Board about result of the work
