Binh Phuoc: Promulgating regulation to manage the historical and cultural relic

(Cinet)- Binh Phuoc Provincial People’s Committee promulgated Decision to regulate a management of the historical and cultural relics and landscape at the province. The Decision will take effect since July 11.

Accordingly, People’s Committee has inspected the cultural and historical relics and landscape in the province.

About responsibility and right, some individuals and organizations are allowed to manage the relics as follows: Associating with some functional agencies to mark the relics as regulated; Protecting, keeping and developing some values at the relics; implementing some measures to prevent some violating actions to the relics; implementing a cultural life at the festival, keeping environmental hygiene, ensuring a security at the relic zone; creating more conditions for organizations and individuals to visit the relic zone.

Manager of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is responsible for inspecting People’s Committee to manage some relics in the province; inspecting some agencies and localities to manage the relics in the province. Some departments and agencies are responsible for managing well some relics as regulation.
