Cau Bong Festival in Tra Que village

(VOV) – Annually on the 7th day of the first lunar month, thousands flock to the charming little village of Tra Que on the outskirts of Hoi An ancient town to attend the Cau Bong festival.


The festival is famous its sweet scented vegetables used in traditional Hoi An dishes such as Cao Lau, Quang noodles and rice pancake folded in half (and often filled with shrimp, meat and soya bean sprouts).
