(Photo by Phuong Hoang) (CPV) - Hanoi city Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism will organize a range cultural activities to serve people of all walks of life in the city, to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the capitals liberation. Art performances will take place from October 2-12 to praise Hanoi, the homeland, the Party and Uncle Ho. As scheduled, the final round of the Hanoi Best Singing Voice Contest will take place on October 2 at the Hanoi Cultural Friendship Palace; Dragon Dance Festival on October 4 at the Ly Thai To statue square at Hoan Kiem Lake; Street Festival on October 10 on Dinh Tien Hoang Street – Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc square; a television bridge on October 10 at four places in Hanoi; Peace cultural festival on October 12 at Thong Nhat park; and firework display on October 10 at 30 districts and town in the city./. |
