In his newly official promulgated-document, Chairman of the Quang Ngai PPC suggested the provincial Youth Union (YU) in coordination with the functional departments concerned to prepare detailed plans and necessary procedures to implement the construction of rural bridges in 03 districts of Binh Son, Nghia Hanh and Tu Nghia under Decision No.368/QD-TTg dated 12 March 2014 approved by the Prime Minister.
Chairman assigned the Provincial Departments of Transport, Finance, Planning and Investment, Agriculture and Rural Development, Labour-Invalids and Social Affairs in collaboration with YU to perform their management functions and integrate this program into building new rural areas and sustainable poverty reduction program during the implementation period.
Chairman also requested DPCs of Binh Son, Nghia Hanh and Tu Nghia to well implement site clearance and mobilize capital sources as well as review and evaluate the implementation effectiveness and management after receiving the completed works.
Reportedly, 450 rural bridges with the total cost of over VND 324.8 billion will be built in 32 provinces and cities in the whole country in the period of 2014 – 2020, of which, Quang Ngai is supported to construct 15 rural bridges in 3 aforesaid districts.
