The information was released at a press conference by Da Nang city People’s Committee and Sun Group on March 19.
The festival will consist of five competition nights with respective themes of ‘Origin’, ‘Living sprout’, ‘Love’, ‘Colours’, and ‘Offshore’.
The first display will come from Vietnam and Russia after the opening ceremony, following by the competitions between Brazil and Belgium (on June 8), between Finland and Italy (June 15) and between England and China (June 22).
Two most outstanding teams will enter the final on the evening of July 6.
Within the framework of the festival, a wide variety of attractive activities will be held, including a flash mob dance competition and a street festival.
The stands for audiences will be solidly assembled with 83,000 seats, a reduction of 2,000 seats compared to last year.
In addition, the ticket prices will be adjusted, ranging from VND300,000 to VND1.2 million. In particular, the fare for stand A will be VND2.5 million on the opening and closing night.
