1,500 runners coming from eight countries participated in KILO RUN HANOI 2019, which is a part of the Asia Lifestyle Journey organised by Index Creative Village Pcl. in collaboration with AirAsia, marking an important opportunity to promote the culture and food of Hanoi to international friends, while simultaneously ending the 4th race in the journey after Bangkok, Bali, and Osaka.

Taking place on March 3, the organising board planned the route of the running event through the most beautiful landmarks of Hanoi so that participants can enjoy the eight most delicious authentic local dishes.
The event consisted of two activities, one is the KM (Breakfast Run) category with three routes for a total of 19.7 kilometres passing by Ly Thai To Statue, Hoan Kiem lake, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, and Phan Dinh Phung Street, among others.
The second part is the KG category (dinner run) where participants can run while enjoying delicious food, including chicken noodle, steam rice rolls, and barbecued pork with rice vermicelli, among others.
With its distinctive culture, delicious local foods, comfortable travel at affordable cost, KILO RUN HANOI had a good impression on all participants, especially foreign tourists who love to enjoy new activities.

The success of the event in Hanoi will be followed by another race in Thailand in May 2019.
“The next event is planned to be held in Thailand where KM Run will take runners around the Rattanakosin Island in Bangkok, retracing the fascinating history of Bangkok by visiting historical landmarks like the Grand Place and the City Pillar Shrine and other iconic temples,” said Kreingkrai Kanjanapokin, founder and chief executive officer of Index Creative Village Plc.
