Each entry to the contest could be color or black and white photos, and single or no more than five photos. They must reflect the beauty of the land, life and people of Dien Bien province, the province’s potentials and advantages for tourism and trade development, and the special solidarity between locals and Lao people along the shared border.

Entries should be sent by email at vedepdienbien@gmail.com before November 5.
The organizing panel will hand over one first, two second, three third and four consolation prizes to outstanding photos with the total value of VND 30 million.
The winners will be displayed at the exhibition “Vietnam-Laos Special Relationship, glorious stages” and published in the collection broadcasting Dien Bien’s images.
The award ceremony will be held in Dien Bien on November 22.
