The tour is co-organized by Hanoitourist, the Van Mieu-QuocTu Giam Cultural and Scientific Centre, and the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum.
The tour is co-organised by Hanoitourist Corporation, the Centre for Cultural and Scientific Activities at Van Mieu (the Temple of Literature)-Quoc Tu Giam (the first university of Vietnam), and the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum.
It aims to connect major tourist attractions in Hanoi including Van Mieu-Quoc Tu Giam (Temple of Literature) and the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum with other tourism sites in the city.
Hotels in the tour include Thang Long Opera Hanoi, Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi, Hotel De L’opera, Hilton Opera Hanoi, Hoa Binh, Melia Hanoi, Movenpick, Mercure and Eastin Easy GTC Hanoi.
Addressing the ceremony, Ha Van Sieu, Deputy General Director of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism highlighted the initiative to design and exploit the ‘Golden Tour’ and the new tourism product, which will provide the most favourable conditions and services for tourists in Hanoi.
The number of foreign and domestic visitors to Hanoi increased 23.5% and 7%, respectively during the first nine months of the year compared to the same period last year.
The capital city earned US$2.33 billion from tourism services during the reviewed period.
