Major activities of the festival include a traditional music festival, a ceremony to pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his statue in Vinh city and an incense offering ceremony at Kim Lien Relic site in Nam Dan district, a youth festival and a sports competition.
The highlight of this year’s festival is a public arts festival drawing the participation of 10 mass art troupes from 10 cities and provinces across the country.
