Hotels under Saigontourist Holding Company have prepared special menus to serve revelers on Vietnam’s Reunification Day (April 30) and International Labor Day (May 1).

The hotel will host a gala buffet program called “Tastes of summer night” from 6p.m. to 9p.m. on April 30. The dinner buffet will feature more than 48 dishes such as salted shrimp, steamed crab with garlic, grilled beef, Go Cong-style shrimp cake, which are all prepared by the chef who won the Golden Spoon 2015 competition. Free beer, soft drinks and mineral water will be available during the buffet. The hotel will hold a special music show and a lucky draw with many attractive gifts. Guests who buy tickets before April 30 will get a 20% discount. Tickets are VND299,000++ a child and VND599,000++ an adult.

Seafood buffet will start at 6p.m. on April 29, April 30 and May 1 at the hotel. There will be a wide range of fresh seafood like salmon, tuna sashimi and sushi, and traditional Vietnamese dishes as well as Western food like Australian beef tenderloin, grilled lamb chops, and Asian dishes like chicken cooked with holothurians.

Vietnamese-Cantonese culinary program is to last from 6p.m. to 9p.m. on April 30. The program will feature more than 40 dishes apart from a magic show, lucky draw and karaoke service. Tickets are VND299,000 per adult and VND199,000 per child. For every 10 tickets bought, guests can get one free ticket.

The “Taste of the South” buffet program featuring over 70 Asian specialties such as Hue-style rolls, curry, and grilled seafood will take place from April 28 to May 1 at the hotel. Guests who buy 10 tickets can get one free. Tickets are priced at VND329,000 per adult and VND169,000++ per child.
