World famous travel website CNTraveler has listed Mu Cang Chai in northwestern Yen Bai province among top 50 most beautiful places in the world.

Ranking fifth in the list, Mu Cang Chai manages to be a most breathtaking spot in Vietnam with its terraced rice fields and mountainous landscapes. Top of the list is Cappadocia, an area in Turkey, where entire cities have been carved into rock. “But whenever hot-air balloons pepper the sky, its beauty level simply skyrockets”, says CNTraveler.
