HCM City issued code of conducts for visitors

The Ho Chi Minh City’s Department of Tourism yesterday announced code of conducts for visitors to the city.

Deputy Director of the HMC City Department of Tourism La Quoc Khanh said that the code of conducts aim to provide visitors guidelines on Vietnamese culture, customs, manners, etiquette of every region in the country, call tourists to obey laws, respect local customs; as well as having good manners, civilized behavior, raising awareness of environmental protection and preservation of cultural and historical relics.

The code of conducts was officially launched in five languages, including Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, English and Russian.

The code text is writen on small paper fans that are convenient for tourists when travelling. They will be distributed at hotels, travel companies, Tan Son Nhat Airport. The code of conducts is also published in the form of a video clip broadcast on HCM City Televison channels and the department’s website and tourist coaches.
