Summary of vice-PM summarizes campaign “All people unite into building cultural life”

(Cinet)- The Govermental Office has informed a summary of vice-PM Vu Duc Dam, head of the Direction Board about campaign of “All people unite into building cultural life” at the session 2015 and task 2016.

Accordingly, the Direction Board of “All people unit into building cultural life” follows some tasks and plans in order to implement the campaign into some activities of agency, sector and locality; turn some activities of the campaign to participate into a cultural and social life.

To develop some results, solve some problems and create more changes of the campaign, the vice-PM requires some measures of administration, economy and education to solve some issues in each period.

The vice-PM entrusts Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism quickly fulfill and promulgate a Q&A document about a campaign “All people unite into building cultural life” to propagandize and direct for implementation in Quarter I/2016.

Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism positively proposed some renewing approaches; build Plan and organize some delegations to implement “All people unite into building cultural life”.

The campaign aims to appraise, adjust and solve some disadvantages in locality. Organizing the conferenece to organize a training course and activities to enhance a campaign “All people unite into building a cultural life”.

Vietnam Fatherland Front and the central agency continue to associate with some relevant agencies to implement a cooperating program in 2011-2016 periods, propagandize to launch some members to implement campaign: ensuring traffic security, victim prevention; protect and take care of people’s health and educate children and hygience safety.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Vietnam Fatherland Front and relevant agenciesy proposed some awards and connect titles of the campaign; study and propose some titles of the campagin. The vice-PM entrusts People’s Committee in some provinces and cities direct some departments, agencies and cities to build policy in the province and city.

Also, building Plan to implement Plan and build cultural system in the industrial zone in 2016-2020 periods and orientation of 2030; enhancing management to upgrade some cutlural sectors and sport center comply with Resolution No.20-NQ/TW on January 28, 2008.
