Chairman of the PPC has just issued the Plan of implementing the project “Support and develop private-run children groups in the industrial areas and export processing zones by 2020″ in the province.
Accordingly, the aim of the plan is reported that by 2020, 80% of officials, teachers and nurses of the independent children groups in the selected plan areas will be supported in training activities of childcare skills, knowledge and professional moral education.
70% of children under 36 months of age will be sent to these baby groups.
95% of mothers in Dung Quat Industrial and Quang Phu Zones will be communicated to raise awareness about the care and early childhood development.
15 private independent children groups will be supported in facilities construction and development. At least, 20% of facilities of children groups will be newly-built.
PPC Chairman required relevant agencies to actively deploy the plan ensuring the quality, effectiveness, practicality, consistent with the functions and tasks of each agency and the actual situation in the locality.
