Quang Binh extends Vietnam’s most expensive tour

The north central province of Quang Binh yesterday permitted Oxalis Company to extend implementation time of the most expensive tour in Vietnam to explore the world largest cave Son Doong in 2016.

Five day and four night tour will continue to be priced at US$3,000 a person. Each tour will have a maximum of 10 visitors, totaling a maximum of 500 tourists for the whole year.

The company said it would open Son Doong tour 2016 for sale to local and foreign tourists in the first week of August on its website.

Visitors must pass a health test before attending the adventure tour. If not abiding safety and environmental protection regulations, cave experts and tour guides will be entitled to ask them to stop the itinerary.
