(Cinet)- The Official dispatch No. 3146/BVHTTDL-NTBD on August 3rd of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Toursim was sent to Party Central Office for organizing the second “Asia-Europe” New Music Festival in Vietnam.
In response to the Official dispatch No. 11050-CV/VPTW on July 24th, 2015 of the Party Central Office to make requests on organizing the second “Asia-Europe” New Music Festival in Vietnam and after considering the proposal and organizational scheme of Vietnam Musician Association, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism gives directions as following:
The event will contribute to promoting the image of the Vietnamese land and people in the international arena. This is an opportunity for musicians, artists from Vietnam to exchange and receive new values of the world art. Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism advocates the policy to support Vietnam Musician Association in implementing the above activities.
Inviting foreign art troupes to Vietnam to attend the second “Asia-Europe” New Music Festival should be taken as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 9 of Decree No. 79/2010/ND-CP on October 5th , 2010 of the Government.
