Organizing a training course to inspect administrative procedure

(Cinet)- Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism promulgated Document No.2349/QĐ-BVHTTDL on July 13, 2015 about organizing a training course to inspect an administrative procedure in term of ministerial management.

As estimated, the training course will take place in two days on August 11-12, 2015 at Hong Ha hotel with a participation of 70 delegates.

Participating into the training course comprises leader from some ministerial agencies; some cadres to inspect administrative procedures at some ministerial agencies; some cadres at General Department of Sports and Physical Training; some cadrs from some offices and Departments.

The training course focuses on inspecting administrative procedures according to Documents

(Regulation No.63/2010/NĐ-CP, Regulation No.48/2013/NĐ-CP, Circular No.17/2014/TT-BVHTTDL, Circular No.07/2014/TT-BTP, Circular No.05/2014/TT-BTP, Circular No.9/2014/TT-BTP); some contents and requirements in legal document; administrative procedure; establishing Document of the administrative procedure; reflecting some regulations of administrative procedures; writing skills of administrative procedures.

Organizing a training course will contribute to enhance competence to control the administrative procedures for cadres from some general departments, departmetns and office and exchange some experiences to inspect administrative procedures. After a training course, some cadres will add more knowledge, skill and condition to participate into reforming the administrative procedures under a control of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
