Athletic Nguyen Thi Huyen yesterday spent a successful competitive day in the 2015 Asian Grand Prix, being organized at Thammasat University Sports Complex in Thailand.
In the women’s 400 m final round, Nguyen Thi Huyen excellently won a gold medal for achievement of 52’ 72. The silver medal went to Kazakhstan competitor Rakhmanova with victory of 52’ 69. The bronze medal belonged to Indian player Poovamma at 52’ 75.
The countrywoman Quach Thi Lan also attended in this categorym but she was only ranked the fourth position for achievement of 52’ 75.
On the same day, Tran Hue Hoa grabbed silver medal in the women’s triple jump with a result of 13.75 m.
