Approach to build House in a protecting zone 2 at Temple of Literature

(Cinet)- Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has Document No.2351/BVHTTDL-DSVH on June 15, 2015 sending to Hanoi city’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism about approach to build House at No.6, Ton Duc Thang street in a protecting zone 2 at Temple of Literature.

Accordingly, after receiving Document No.1137/SVHTTDL-QLDT on April 23, 2015 and No.1538/SVHTTDL-QLDT on May 29, 2015 of Hanoi City’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to build House at No.06, Ton Duc Thang street, Cat Linh ward, Don Da district, Hanoi city, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism took some opinions as follows:

To build a construction, the Ministry proposed that the Department should pay attention to height(not over 18 meter) and select color outside the House in a surrounding landscape. The Department should entrust some functional agencies to build House according architecting design, material and color under an approval.

On an occasion, the Ministry proposed that the Department should inspect the protecting zone of the relic to adjust the protecting zone and submit to Hanoi city People’s Committee.
