On 176 square meters, the bakery is divided into three sections: Brodard Bakery; the section of bread, sweet soups and beverages; and a food court for walk-in guests.
Elaborating on the name of the shop, a representative of Bong Sen Group said, “The images of the vast fields of paddy (Lúa) and sugarcane (Mía) have long been associated with Vietnam and the Vietnamese people. They are also two main ingredients for making bread and sweet soups. The simple architectural design of the patisserie will surely attract customers.”
Up to 11 types of bread will treat your taste buds such as traditional Vietnamese pork bread, German-style bacon bread and wok-fried beef with chili and lemongrass. The crispy bread contains mouthwatering fillings and a special sauce made from broth and coconut juice may be a wise choice. German-style bacon bread is a fusion of Vietnamese and German cuisines as the boneless pork ribs are mixed with spices imported from Germany for 24 hours before being roasted.
A wide range of delicious sweet soups are prepared from black-eyed peas, corn, lotus seeds and longan, among others. Sugarcane juice is mixed with celery, ginger, lemongrass, strawberry, pineapple, passion fruit and watermelon. In addition, there are many other favorite drinks for the youth such as fruit mojito, peach tea and fruit juice. Traditional Vietnamese hot and iced coffee and milk coffee are also available.
Brodard Bakery serves a variety of pastries like tiramisu, black forest, matcha green tea, opera, cheese croissant, pate chaud and Danish cream cheese, to name just a few.
