(Cinet)- About 12 art troupes from ASEAN nations will be organized in the central province of Thanh Hoa for the ASEAN Traditional Music Festival from June 1 to 6.
Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has approved for organizing the ASEAN music festival in June.
Each troupe will perform at an official show featuring that country’s traditional musical art and will be no longer than 40 minutes. These troupes will also perform in other shows that will cater to local audiences. ASEAN artists will also hold exchanges at a workshop on traditional music.
The event is an oppotunity for ASEAN artists to share their experiences, strengthen relationships and enhance solidarity among the ASEAN members in the fields of arts and culture.
