Establishing the Council to honour the contest “Designing architecture of the East Asia” at national level

(Cinet)- Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has promulgated Decision No.534/QĐ-BVHTTDL about establishing the Council for contest “Designing architecture of the East Asia” at national level”

The Council is responsible for selecting some architectural works in high quality of the ASEAN region. The Council will appreciate and make a summary of result. Some expenses are extracted from the Fund of Cooperation Project between ASEAN and South Korea.

The contest is organized by the ASEAN – COCI, Indonesia’s Ministry of Education and Culture, Indonesia University of Architecture. It is a meaningful contest to state some cultural values of the ASEAN and sovereignty among some countries.

Vietnam is a member of the ASEAN. Participating into the contest is a chance for Vietnam to affirm their role of the community. The contest aims to introduce some achievements of Vietnamese architecture to the world and considers a pledge to protect a traditional culture.
