(VOV) -Van Thuy Tu Temple, one of the oldest relics in Binh Thuan province, is home to the largest whale skeleton in Southeast Asia, which annually attracts great numbers of tourists.

Construction of the temple began in 1762 and it was recognized as a national relic site in 1996.

The temple now contains over 100 whale skeletons and other species of fish, most of which are 100-150 years old. Notably, it displays the largest, a 22 metre whale, which has been estimated to have weighed 65 tons when alive.
