Employers to be charged interest rate if they pay salary late

​The Decree No.05/2015/ND-CP, newly issued by the State Government shows in detail as many as new laws about labors.

The most significant detail releases that employers are to be charged interest rate if they late pay salary to employees as signed.

Salary as well as jobs are contracted between both sides: employees & employers.

The salary – paid for the position and specific job – will be worked out by employers, which will be shown in the monthly salary list in accordance with the Clause No.93 of the Labor Law.

If the payment of salary is later than the contracted day over 15 days, the employers will be charged interest rate in accordance with regulars.
