Dak Lak provincial People’s Committee held a press conference in Ho Chi Minh City yesterday, in order to announce activities for the fifth Buon Ma Thuot coffee festival in 2015.
The annual festival aims to highlight the 110 th anniversary of the Buon Ma Thuot establishment and development, 100 years for planting and developing coffee tree in Dak Lak and the 40 th anniversary of Dak Lak liberation day (March 10, 1975- 2015).
Moreover, the festival will help enterprises not only promote Vietnamese coffee brand, various kinds of their coffee products such as coffee beans, fresh coffee fruit, but as well honor the coffee culture and tourism of Buon Ma Thuot as the largest coffee producer of Vietnam to domestic and foreign visitors.
The fifth Buon Ma Thuot coffee festival will be open at Buon Ma Thuot city’s square in the Central Highlands province of Dak Lak at 8pm on March 10.
