Plan to organize a system of culture and sports

(Cinet)- Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has had Document to send Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in some provinces and cities in order to implement Master Plan to develop a system of culture and sports in 2013-2020 periods according to Decision No.2164/QĐ-TTg on November 11, 2013 of the Prime Minister.

Plan should focus on:

- Inspecting situation and effect of culture, sports including a system of culture and sports as well as other groups in Decision No.2164/QĐ-TTg on November 11, 2013 of the PM; focusing on some limits of culture and sports to give a solution.

- Giving some targets according to socio-economy condition to invest into building a system of culture and sports in locality.

- Giving some contents about land and organizing a system of culture and sports at all levels.

- Giving some measures to build a system of culture, sports including some measures to manage and mobilize an investing capital to increase an effective activity.

- Giving a responsibility for some relevant departments and agencies to build a system of culture and sports.

- Making a report to turn into Program to build culture and sports and then, submit to the People’s Council.

- Promulgating a policy of building Projects to maintain some activities of culture, sports.

– Building cultural infrastructures to build a new countryside including Center for Culture and Sports, Cultural House as regulated.

- Building Plan to organize some training classes for some cadres in cultural agencies.
