Master Plan to develop performing arts up to 2020 and an orientation towards 2030

(Cinet)- Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has submitted to the Prime Minister for Project “Master Development Plan about Performing Arts up to 2020 and an orientation towards 2030.

“Master Development Plan of Performing Arts of Vietnam up to 2010″ promulgated in 2008 has been out of date to carry out. Accordingly, it is necessary to build Document to meet a developing requirement of management competence about performing arts in a industrial and modern period.

Building Master Development Plan up to 2020 and orientation towards 2030 complies with building and developing Vietnamese culture and people to meet developing demand of the country to give a measure for the issue.

Plan shows that developing performing arts contributes to build and develop Vietnamese culture.

The Plan focuses on maintaining and developing some values of performing arts and building some forms of performing arts, enhancing some social activities, encouraging some organizations and individuals to invest into material infrastructure.

- Developing performing arts aims to invest into human resource, fulfill a system of material infrastructure and maintaining some forms of traditional arts.

- Upgrading and restoring some theatres should be focused to upgrade and equip a system of technical media in economic condition of the country. It is necessary to build Center for Performing Center in HCM City.

- Focusing on arts sectors to increase more ability to organize performing arts in some arts sectors in the country.

- Training and developing human resource meets a balance of the industry in a society, increasing more quality for lecturer and cadre for some schools and institutes; developing performing arts and managing cadres to meet level and competence for building a policy.

- Writing some valuable works; introducing some programs and arts products in Vietnam and the world.

Project also give some measures such as continuing to fulfill policy; training human resource; enhancing to mobilize some human resource; propagandizing to increase more awareness of the society; international cooperation and give some opinions of some relevant agencies.
