First Toyota Concert in Buon Ma Thuot to be held

(Cinet)- In response to the 2014 Tay Nguyen National Tourism Year, Toyota Concert Tour 2014 is being organized in the Central Highlands city of Buon Ma Thuot, Dak Lak province for the first time from August 1-11.

The concert features a classical and contemporary music, Western and Eastern music, with a priority on works of diversified types and colours.

Beside some artists from Vietnam National Symphony Orchestra (VNSO), Japanese conductor Honna Tetsuji, cello artist Tran Thi Mo and pop star Tung Duong will participate in the event.

The concert has been organized for 17 years by Toyota Vietnam and VNSO, and aims to contribute to the development of Vietnamese culture. Like previous annual events, all ticket proceeds will be donated to the Toyota Scholarships Fund to support young Vietnamese musical talent.

The event also creates a chance for young classical music lovers to access and enjoy a high quality concert through preferential ticket prices for students.
