(Cinet)- Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has submitted to Prime Minister about Fine Arts Development Plan up to 2020 and an orientation of 2030.



Accordingly, developing fine arts contributes to build Vietnamese culture and people; develop economy and international integration; maintain and develop fine arts; and socialize some activities of fine arts to mobilize development investment.


Developing fine arts aims to invest into training human resource and fulfill a system of training course in order to create more works for sculptures and painters to reflect life and history of people; enhance propaganda and education to increase more awareness of the society.


Main targets comprises training and developing human resource about fine arts to ensure a balance according to social demand; building and fulfilling a system of policy to develop fine arts; developing fine arts to encourage a creation of fine arts products to meet demands; building and upgrading exhibition in some provinces and cities; building museum of fine arts in Hanoi and in Da Nang up to 2030.


Basic content consists of organizing and developing human resource; investing into building infrastructures; orienting maintenance and development of fine arts; keeping some works; developing a market of fine arts in the country; socializing and cooperating to develop fine arts.


Some measures should be carried out such as fulfilling mechanism, policy; developing human resource; investing into infrastructures; propagandizing to increase more awareness of people.


Ministry of Planning and Investment and Ministry of Finance are responsible for collecting and arranging expense according to Law on the State Budget; direct some locals to build Plan for using land. Ministry of Construction is responsible for managing the State in terms of architecture and urban development in order to ensure fine arts. Some ministries and agencies are responsible for organizing Plan. People’s Committee carries out some contents in plan to manage and arrange the land.
