Explaining the adjustment, the ministry said that the world oil price has tended to decrease but remains high, such as RON 92 at US$123/barrel, diesel 0.05S at US$121 USD/barrel, kerosene at US$121/barrel, and mazut 180cst 3.5S at US$61/tonne.
