Mr. Hung, the owner of a coffee shop in an old apartment in District 1, said: “To find a good place to open a café in the downtown area is very difficult because these sites have been occupied by the most famous coffee brands. The rent at old apartments is much lower and the rent period is longer. However, to attract customers, these coffee shops must create their own styles.”
