Fashion Design Competition “Sakura Collection 2014″ in Vietnam

(Cinet)- A fashion contest with a Japanese theme has been launched for non-Japanese students and amateur designers in Asia.

Design requirements: Participants choose maximum 3 collections, each collection has maximum 5 artworks.

Participants can submit up to five drawings inspired by Japan to sakuracollectionvn@gmail.com or at the Japan Foundation, 27 Quang Trung Street, Ha Noi.

The top ten best collections will be selected through an online poll for the final round on July 29, after which the collections take to the catwalk on September 19.

The winner will receive a one week trip to Japan to join the Sakura Collection in Kansai and Tokyo, before their collection is showcased at the Sakura Collection Show in Paris.
