(Cinet)- A fabric exhibition titled “Seon – Beyond Bojaggi” with the presence of the Korean artist Lee Sung Soon will be held from May 9th-15th at the Korean Culture Centre, at 49 Nguyen Du street, Hanoi.



The event is part of the Next Expert Training project co-hosted by Korean’s Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Arts Business Supporting Center.


Korean artist Lee Sung Soon, honorable doctor of Chicago Arts University, has actively developed “Bojaggi” (the gift wrapping culture of Korea) to a modern arts subject.


As many as 50 masterpieces made from fabric will be exhibited to promote Korean arts and culture to Vietnamese people.


At the event, the Korean Culture Centre will also introduce short-training courses on Jogakbo for the Hanoi-based Korean School as well as open a dialogue with artists for students who come from arts schools in Vietnam.
